 Fred needs TPLO surgery!
Fred was adopted by his foster mom, after requiring 2 knee surgeries and now he needs TPLO surgery which is very costly. The estimate is $3,500. Fred was originally adopted from Barking Hound Village. His mom is an active foster home for them and does so much for pets in need. All donations are tax deductible.
